Orders that have been invoiced and dispatched cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We offer a 50-night home trial. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within this period, you may initiate a return by contacting our support team. Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within the stated business timeline after the returned product has been received and inspected.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return eligibility criteria.

We ship to eligible serviceable locations. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are subject to change based on logistics and unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our reasonable control.
